MORE ABOUT BOTHELL
Bothell is the center of the Eastside’s Technology Corridor, where more than 1,500 acres of state-of-the-art corporate campuses house a growing number of high-tech and biomedical firms. The city of Bothell, which straddles the King/Snohomish County line, is a perfect example of how lines on a map often can’t define the boundaries of a community. Recent development has established Bothell as the commercial center for the Northshore area’s smaller communities: Kenmore in King County and Mill Creek in Snohomish County.
What was once rich farmland, now sprouts modern neighborhoods, shopping centers, and corporate headquarters. Its residents enjoy excellent service, dining, and shopping amenities in shopping centers such as Main Street Bothell, Mill Creek Town Center, and Woodinville Wine Country.
Well-planned bicycle and jogging trails meander along Lake Washington and the Sammamish River. With more than 15 community parks, including Bothell Landing at the mouth of the Sammamish River in Lake Washington, recreation opportunities abound. Northshore also has four golf courses, three country clubs, a public swimming pool, and a senior center. Special events include a Fourth of July parade (a century-old tradition), wine and beer festivals and a summer Music in the Park series.
Bothell’s neighborhoods are designed to retain the area’s rural charm while embracing the newly urbanized downtown core. Apartment and condominium living is convenient to amenities, especially the new developments of downtown Bothell including McMenamin's Anderson School Resort, new restaurants, Beardslee Village, revitalized Main Street, and the brand new City hall complex. Look for more exciting amenities in the year to come.
One89Dwell is situated in the Northshore School District which stretches up the 405 corridor from Kirkland to Mill Creek. Maywood Hills Elementary School is just blocks away and easy access to Canyon Park Junior High and Bothell High School make downtown Bothell and fantastic place to raise children.
Nearby medical services are available at Evergreen Hospital and their surrounding satellite clinics including Urgent Care in nearby Woodinville and outpatient care just blocks away. Police and Fire Stations in the downtown core also provide great peace of mind.
